摘要
针对湖南华菱涟源钢铁有限公司CSP-冷轧线生产的耐蚀钢表面翘皮缺陷问题,对耐蚀钢中Cu元素在钢中的特性及其基板的生产工艺进行了系统分析与研究。结果表明:该缺陷的产生与连铸的过热度控制、二冷水配置以及热轧加热工艺和精轧立辊的侧压力控制等众多因素相关。为此,通过采用连铸低过热度控制、增强二冷区冷却强度、优化热轧立辊侧压力、高温快轧和加强在线检查反馈调整等多项措施,减少了耐蚀钢基板表面的小结疤、翘皮缺陷,从源头保证了基板的表面质量,有效预防了冷轧耐蚀钢表面翘皮缺陷的产生。
Aiming at the surface wraping defect of corrosion resistant steel produced by CSP-cold rolling line of Hunan Valin Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the characteristics of Cu element in the steel and the production process of its substrate were systematically analyzed and studied.The results show that the defect is related to many factors,such as the superheat control of continuous casting,the configuration of secondary cooling water,the heating process of hot rolling and the side pressure control of finishing vertical roll.For this reason,the small scar and wraping defects on the surface of the corrosion resistant steel substrate are reduced,the surface quality of the substrate is guaranteed from the source,and the wraping defect on the surface of cold rolled corrosion resistant steel are effectively prevented by adopting a number of measures,such as controlling the low superheat of continuous casting,enhancing the cooling intensity in the secondary cooling zone,optimizing the side pressure of the hot rolling finishing vertical roll,high-temperature fast rolling and strengthening the on-line inspection and feedback adjustment.
