摘要
目的探讨护士岗位管理在血透室优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法选择赤峰市医院23名护士为本次研究对象,2021年3月—2022年2月记为对照组,予以常规管理,2022年3月—2023年2月记为观察组,给予护士岗位管理。比较两组护士护理质量、护理能力、职业认同。结果观察组护理质量评分、护理能力评分、职业认同感评分均比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士岗位管理可进一步提升血透室优质护理水平,护理工作得到更多认可,护士参与感强,职业认同感提升,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of nurse position management in quality care services in the hemodialysis room.Methods 23 nurses from Chifeng Hospital were selected for this study.March 2021-February 2022 was recorded as the control group and they were given routine management.March 2022-February 2023 was recorded as the observation group and they were given nurse post management.The quality of nursing care,nursing competence,and professional identity of nurses in both groups were compared.Results Nursing quality scores,nursing ability scores and professional identity scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurse position management can further improve the level of quality nursing care in the hemodialysis unit,nursing work is more recognized,nurses have a strong sense of participation and professional identity,which is worth promoting and applying.
