摘要
英语是高职教育的一门基础课程,高职英语课程教学要注重职业导向,这对培养适应当今社会发展的人才、促进学生发展、推进高职英语教育改革具有重要的现实意义。从高职英语教学出发,阐述了基于就业导向视野的高职英语教学的目的,指出了基于就业导向视野的高职英语教学的原则,并从转变教学理念,树立正确的高职英语教学目标;以学生职业发展为导向,优化课程设置;提高师资队伍素质,适应培育人才的需求;应用现代信息技术,采用多元化教学模式;优化教学资源,构建多元化的考核评价体系五个方面探讨了基于就业导向视野的高职英语教学的转型路径,以供参考。
English is a basic course of higher vocational education,and the teaching of higher vocational English courses should pay attention to career orientation,which is of great practical significance for cultivating talents who adapt to today's social development,promoting student development,and promoting the reform of higher vocational English education.Starting from the teaching of higher vocational English,the purpose of higher vocational English teaching based on the employment-oriented perspective is expounded,the principles of higher vocational English teaching based on the employment-oriented perspective are pointed out,and the teaching concept is changed to establish the correct higher vocational English teaching goals.Guided by students'career development,optimize curriculum settings;Improve the quality of teachers and adapt to the needs of cultivating talents;Apply modern information technology and adopt diversified teaching models;Optimizing teaching resources and building a diversified assessment and evaluation system explores the transformation path of higher vocational English teaching based on the employment-oriented perspective for reference.
