摘要
目的探讨康复新液联合四联疗法对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡的疗效及对白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、前列腺素(PGE2)影响。方法将天津市河西医院收治的70例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者(2020年1月-2021年10月)随机分为观察组与对照组,每组35例。对照组患者采取四联疗法进行治疗,观察组在此基础上使用康复新液联合治疗,对比临床疗效、治疗前后炎症因子变化、治疗后不同时间的复发率、Hp根除率以及不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显更高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、PGE2水平较治疗前均有升高,观察组更高,C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、IL-8水平有所降低,观察组更低(P<0.05);观察组患者总复发率明显低于对照组,Hp根除率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均无严重不良反应发生,且其不良反应情况对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论康复新液联合治疗可提高Hp阳性消化性溃疡的治疗疗效,降低机体炎症因子水平,降低消化性溃疡复发率,提升Hp根除率,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with quadruple therapy on Hp positive peptic ulcer and the effect on IL-8 and PGE2.Methods 70 patients with HP-positive peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital(Jan.2020-Oct.2021)were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin solution on this basis.The clinical efficacy,changes of inflammatory factors before and after treatment,recurrence rate at different times after treatment,Hp eradication rate and adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2 and PGE2 in two groups were higher than before treatment,and higher in observation group,the levels of CRP,TNF-αand IL-8 in both groups of patients decreased compared to before treatment,while the observation group had lower levels(P<0.05).The total recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower,and the eradication rate of Hp was significantly higher(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in two groups,and there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Kangfuxin liquid combined with quadruple therapy can further improve the clinical efficacy of HP-positive peptic ulcer,and can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients,optimize the structure of intestinal flora,reduce the recurrence rate of peptic ulcer,and improve the eradication rate of Hp,with high safety.
