摘要
课程决策是课程各方主体间博弈的结果,反映的是大学人才培养的定位和内部治理的水平,以及高校教育教学的质量。具有课程决策权的学校组织内部的各决策主体包含学校内部行政机构和领导者、教育研究机构及研究人员、教师、学生等,他们既是独立的主体,亦是其他主体利益及诉求表达的代表者,而身份的多样性也为其权力的行使带来博弈:决策主体行政导向突出、形式赋权与权力虚置冲突。基于利益相关者的视角,我国大学课程决策应该构建有效实践路径:构建参与型的课程决策文化;拓展多元化的决策主体;巩固决策主体的专业权威;完善决策评价机制。
Curriculum decision is the result of the game between the subjects of the course,which reflects the orientation of university talent training and the level of university internal governance,as well as the quality of university education and teaching.The decision-making subjects within the university organization with curriculum decision-making power include the university s internal administrative institutions and leaders,educational research institutions and researchers,teachers,students,etc.They are not only independent subjects,but also representatives or intermediaries of other subjects interests and demands.The diversity of identities also brings conflicts to the exercise of their power:prominent administrative orientation of decision-making subjects,conflicts between formal empowerment and virtual power.Based on the perspective of stakeholders,the university course decision-making should construct an effective practice path:build a participatory course decision-making culture,expand diversified decision-making subjects,consolidate the professional authority of decision-making subjects,and improve the decision-making evaluation mechanism.
