摘要
目的:探讨专项护理干预在退休高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年1-12月于厦门大学附属第一医院就诊的100例退休高血压患者的临床资料,根据不同护理方法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上予以专项护理干预。比较两组自我管理行为、睡眠质量、生活质量及患者依从性。结果:干预后,观察组自我管理行为中的饮食控制、自主测量血压、遵医嘱用药、坚持运动评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:专项护理干预对退休高血压患者具有积极意义,使得自我管理行为、生活质量得以改善,同时保障患者睡眠质量,提高依从性。
Objective:To explore the application effect of specialized nursing intervention in retired hypertensive patients.Method:Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 100 retired hypertensive patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January to December 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing care,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received specialized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The self-management behaviors,sleep quality,quality of life,and patient compliance between the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the scores of diet control,blood pressure measurement,medication as prescribed by the doctor and exercise persistence in the self-management behaviors of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Specialized nursing intervention have a positive impact on retired hypertensive patients,improving their self-management behavior and quality of life,while ensuring their sleep quality,improving compliance.
