摘要
目的分析2012—2021年泉州市丰泽区水痘的流行特征,为水痘的防控工作提供依据,并进一步了解水痘发病情况及流行特征,从而制定相应的防控措施。方法基于中国疾病预防控制信息报告系统传染病监测子系统中的数据,对2012—2021年报告的水痘疫情资料进行分析。结果2012—2021年,丰泽区共报告水痘1946例,平均发病率37.20/100000。2012—2021年水痘发病趋势较为平稳,除2019年发病率有小高峰(发病率58.45/100000)。12月为发病高峰期;男性女性比例为1.18∶1;全区8个街道均有病例发生,但以丰泽街道发病率最高,其次为东海街道,华大街道发病率最低。结论12月是丰泽区水痘发病高峰期,学生为防控重点,在水痘高发季节做好在校学生的综合防控措施,减少水痘的发病,保障在校学生的健康。
Objectives This essay will analyze the epidemic characteristics of varicella during the past decade in Fengze District,Quanzhou,which will serve as the basis of the prevention and control tasks upon varicella,and promote a better understanding of pathogenic situation and epidemic characteristics of varicella,helping the policy-making process of the related prevention and control measures.Method Through using data from Epidemic Information Reporting System,this essay will analyze the reported information of varicella from 2012 to 2021.Results From 2012 to 2021,a total of 1946 varicella cases were reported and the annual incidence was 37.20 per 100,000 population in Fengze District,The incidence trend of varicella was relatively stable from 2012 to 2021,except for a slight incidence peak in 2019(58.45 per 100000 population).The peak period of varicella came in December,and the sex ratio of patients was 1.18∶1.Cases were witnessed among all eight streets in Fengze District,but the highest incidence fell on Fengze Street,followed by Donghai Street,while the Huada Street got the lowest incidence.Conclusions The peak period of varicella in Fengze District would be in December,and students would be the key point of prevention and control.Comprehensive prevention and control measures towards students should be taken place during the high-occurrence season of varicella,in the interest of reducing the attack of varicella as well as ensuring the health condition of students.
