摘要
建设一支稳定且具有较高素质的专业志愿者队伍,是公共图书馆建设专业志愿者团队的新方式。通过专业志愿者协助图书馆策划和组织开展各类型的文化活动,可以有效拓展图书馆的服务领域、扩大服务范围、提升服务水平。文章介绍了上思县图书馆与上思县作家协会合作的案例。通过设立“十万大山文学创作室”,上思县图书馆利用图书馆的资源为创作室成员服务,同时创作室成员集体加入图书馆志愿者队伍,长期为图书馆提供志愿服务。双方的良性互动,取得了不菲的成绩,有效地解决了目前上思县图书馆志愿者队伍不稳定、缺乏专业志愿者这一难题。
Building a stable and highly skilled professional volunteer team is a new way for public libraries to expand their service scope,broaden their service areas,and improve their service quality by enlisting the help of professional volunteers to plan and organize various cultural activities.This article introduces the establishment of a"Literary Creation Studio"at the Shangsi County Library as an example of how public libraries can leverage their resources to serve the members of such a studio.Additionally,the studio members collectively joined the library's volunteer team and provided long-term volunteer services,addressing the issue of an unstable and unskilled volunteer workforce in public libraries.
