摘要
本文采用GB/T 5750.6-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法金属指标》中氢化物原子荧光法对水中砷的方法验证进行研究,通过AQC试验分别对线性关系、精密度、准确度、方法检出限等方面进行验证。结果表明,方法验证各指标均满足评价标准要求,实验室具备氢化物原子荧光法对水中砷的检测条件和能力。
The method validation of arsenic in water was studied by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry in GB/T 5750.6-2006,Standard examination methods for drinking water—Metal parameters,and the linearity,precision,accuracy,method detection limit and other aspects were verified by AQC test.The results show that all indicators of the method validation meet the requirements of the evaluation standard,and the laboratory has the detection conditions and ability of hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry for arsenic in water.
