摘要
为满足近岸海域污染防治的要求,秦二厂新增了一套非放生产废水处理系统。该系统通过PLC控制,将上游非放生产废水收集到废水收集箱中,并自动检测废水收集箱内的水质。根据检测结果,系统会自动处理废水,并在再次检测水质合格后自动排放。本文主要阐述了该系统的控制逻辑设计,并提出了采样工艺、控制系统及现场安装的优化方案。同时,还阐述了实施及调试过程中遇到的问题及处理方法,为后续类似系统的设计及实施调试提供了经验。
In order to meet the requirements of pollution prevention and control in coastal waters,Qinhuangdao No.2 Plant has added a set of non radioactive production wastewater treatment system.The system collects the upstream non radioactive production wastewater to the wastewater collection tank,automatically detects the water quality in the wastewater collection tank through PLC control,automatically treats the wastewater according to the detection results,and automatically discharges the wastewater after the water quality is qualified again.This paper mainly introduces the control logic design of the system,puts forward the optimization scheme of the sampling process,control system and on-site installation,expounds the problems encountered in the implementation and commissioning process and the handling methods,and provides experience for the subsequent design and implementation of similar systems.
