摘要
文章旨在分析日粮添加不同水平棉粕对蛋鸡生产性能、血清生化指标及蛋品质的影响。试验将320只60周龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复20只。其中,对照组采用玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验1、2、3组分别采用10%、20%、30%棉粕替代基础日粮中的豆粕。试验共计8周,预饲期1周,正试期7周。结果显示:(1)与对照组相比,试验2、3组蛋鸡的产蛋率、平均蛋重显著降低(P<0.05),料蛋比显著提高(P<0.05),对照组与试验1组蛋鸡的产蛋率、平均蛋重、料蛋比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,试验2、3组蛋鸡血清中总蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05),血清中尿素氮、谷草转氨酶含量显著升高(P<0.05),对照组与试验1组蛋鸡血清中总蛋白、尿素氮、谷草转氨酶含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,试验2、3组的蛋壳强度、蛋黄颜色显著降低(P<0.05),对照组与试验1组的蛋壳强度、蛋黄颜色均无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究表明,10%棉粕替代基础日粮中的豆粕对蛋鸡生产性能、血清生化指标及蛋品质无显著负面影响,当替代水平达到20%、30%时,不仅会显著降低蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质,而且会因棉酚毒性影响其血清生化指标。因此,蛋鸡基础日粮中棉粕对豆粕的适宜替代水平不应超过10%。
To analyze the effects of adding different levels of cotton meal to the diet on the production performance,serum biochemical indicators,and egg quality of laying hens.32060 week old Hailan brown laying hens were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 4 replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each replicate.Among them,the control group used a corn soybean meal based diet,while experimental groups 1,2,and 3 used 10%,20%,and 30%cotton meal instead of soybean meal in the basic diet.The experiment lasted for a total of 8 weeks,with a pre feeding period of 1 week and a regular feeding period of 7 weeks.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the egg production rate and average egg weight of the laying hens in Experiment 2 and Experiment 3 were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the feed to egg ratio of the laying hens in Experiment 2 and Experiment 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the egg production rate,average egg weight,and feed to egg ratio between the control group and Experiment 1(P>0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the total protein content in the layer serum of the test group 2 and test group 3 significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the content of Blood urea nitrogen and cereal grass Transaminase in the layer serum of the test group 2 and test group 3 significantly increased(P<0.05).The total protein,Blood urea nitrogen and cereal grass Transaminase content in the layer serum of the control group and test group 1 were not significantly different(P>0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the eggshell strength and yolk color of Experiment 2 and Experiment 3 groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in eggshell strength and yolk color between the control group and Experiment 1 group(P>0.05).Research has shown that replacing soybean meal in the basic diet with 10%cotton meal has no significant negative impact on the production performance,serum biochemical indicators,and egg quality of laying hens.When the substitution level reaches 20%or 30%,it not only significantly reduces the production performance and egg quality of laying hens,but also affects serum biochemical indicators due to gossypol toxicity.So the suitable substitution level of cotton meal for soybean meal in the basic diet of laying hens should not exceed 10%.
