摘要
低浓度利多卡因肿胀浸润麻醉技术已成熟应用于脂肪抽吸术式中,能够在保证手术效果的前提下大大提高手术安全性。临床应用利多卡因中毒的情况偶有发生,通过一例腰腹部脂肪抽吸术后发生利多卡因中毒的案例,探讨其利多卡因中毒的可能原因并分享救治经验。
Low concentration lidocaine tumescent anesthesia technique has been mature applied in liposuction operation,which can guarantee the operation effect and greatly improve the operation safety.There are occasional cases of lidocaine poisoning in clinic,through a case of lidocaine poisoning after waist and abdominal liposuction,to explore the possible causes of lidocaine poisoning and to share the treatment experience.
