摘要
在水泵水轮机在泵工况运转时,随着流量的减少,扬程会发生不稳定的变化,在很大程度上影响机组运行的稳定性和安全性。因此,对水泵水轮机在不稳定工况下的水动力特性研究对其优化设计意义重大。在本文中采用了CFD数值模拟和模型试验的方法研究了泵工况下Q-H曲线的不稳定性。计算流体力学模型采用分离涡模拟对流动细节进行了研究。结果表明:水力损失是扬程不稳定变化的原因,流型差是损失的来源。在不稳定、小流量范围内,液流流动方向不再与导叶方向一致,流道内会形成不良的流动结构。因此,通过适当调整导叶开度可以改善流动状态和减少水力损失。这将提高实际工程应用中的运行稳定性和安全性。
When the pump turbine is running under the pump condition,the head will change unsteadily with the decrease of the flow rate,which will affect the stability and safety of the unit operation to a great extent.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the hydrodynamic characteristics of pump turbine under unstable conditions for its optimal design.In this paper,the method of CFD numerical simulation and model test is used to study the instability of Q-H curve under pump conditions.The computational fluid dynamics(CFD)model uses discrete eddy simulation to study the flow details.The results show that hydraulic loss is the cause of the unstable change of head,and the flow pattern difference is the source of the loss.In the unstable and small flow range,the flow direction of the liquid flow is no longer consistent with the direction of the guide vane,and a bad flow structure will be formed in the flow channel.Therefore,the flow state can be improved and the hydraulic loss can be reduced by adjusting the guide vane opening properly.This will improve operational stability and safety in practical engineering applications.
