摘要
少人化、无人化是矿山发展的必然趋势。基于5G专网的移动性、低时延、大带宽、高可靠特性,结合物联网传感器、边缘计算等关键技术,针对某露天矿采运开展智能化研究,实现了露天矿采运环节钻机、电铲、矿卡远程操控,为5G+工矿行业应用、远程无人化作业提供了有效实践。
The less manned and unmanned are inevitable trend of mine development. Based on the characteristics of mobility, low latency, large bandwidth, and high reliability of 5G private networks, combined with key technologies such as IoT sensors and edge computing, intelligent research is carried out on mining and transportation of an open pit mine to realize the remote control of drilling rig, electric shovel and mining truck in the iron mining and transportation process. This work provides effective practice for 5G+ industrial and mining industry applications and remote unmanned operations.
