摘要
以实机舱段结构及渗漏源参数为定量,吃水高度、姿态角、漂浮时间、进水量等参数为变量,基于舱段模型舱内外水线高度监测试验装置和进水量实时输出监测程序,开展系列舱段模型制作和渗漏特性试验研究。试验表明该试验装置/程序可用于研究目标舱段渗流特性与进水量、进水时间的相关性关系,对于探索缩比模型相对实机舱段缝隙渗漏源的渗漏源简化模拟方法也具有一定的适用性。数据结果表明:渗漏源参数中渗漏源面积、渗漏源形状及位置分布均会对舱段进水特性产生一定影响。其中,调整渗漏源位置可一定程度增加最终进水量,而调整渗漏源面积则可有效改变舱段的进水速度和进水时间。通过不断迭代优化舱段模型的渗漏源参数,梳理提炼了与实机舱段结构渗流时间、进水量等参数相等效的模型舱段设计方法,基于所提方法,可将实机舱段的漂浮特性研究问题以舱段模型代替,从而有效缩短研究周期和研究。
With the structure and leakage source parameters of the actual cabin as the quantitative,and the parameters such as draft height,attitude angle,floating time,water inflow as the variables,based on the monitoring test device for the internal and external waterline height of the cabin model and the real-time output monitoring program for the water inflow,a series of cabin model making and leakage characteristics test research were carried out.The test shows that the test device/program can be used to study the correlation between the leakage source characteristics of the target compartment and the water intake and time.It also has a certain applicability for exploring the simplified simulation method of leakage source of the scaled model relative to the real gap leakage source of the full-scale compartment.The results show that the area,shape and location distribution of leakage sources will have certain influence on the inflow characteristics of the cabin.Among them,adjusting the location of leakage source can increase the final water inflow to a certain extent,while adjusting the area of leakage source can effectively change the water inflow speed and time.The leakage source parameters of the cabin model were continuously iteratively optimized,and refined the design method of the model cabin that was equivalent to the parameters such as the seepage time and water inflow of the actual cabin structure.Based on the proposed method,the floating characteristics of the actual cabin can be replaced by the cabin model,effectively shortening the research cycle and research.
