摘要
慢性胆囊炎病程迁延,病机特点以正虚为主、余邪未尽,证属虚实夹杂。治疗上应有全局观念,不可见胆治胆,应从多维度入手论治,肝脾胃多脏同治,多法并举。针对治脾提出升脾法、醒脾法、滋脾法、运脾法;针对调肝提出疏肝利胆法、柔肝滋胆法、软肝活血法、清泻肝胆法;针对治胃,提出胆胃同病同治的理论,总以疏利中土为要。治脾为先,脾运则胆利,顾护后天之本的思想应贯穿治疗始终。
The course of chronic cholecystitis is a prolonged disease,and the pathogenesis is characterized by deficiency of Zheng Qi with remaining evil factors.The syndrome type is a mixture of excess and deficiency.The treatment should have the overall concept,and the treatment of gallbladder should be started from multiple dimensions,and the Liver,Spleen and Stomach should be treated simultaneously with multiple methods.According to the treatment of Spleen,the methods includes ascending Spleen Qi,awakening Spleen,nourishing Spleen and transporting Spleen Qi.The methods of regulating the Liver include soothing the Liver and benefiting the Gallbladder,softening the Liver and nourishing the Gallbladder,softening the Liver and promoting blood circulation as well as clearing the Liver and Gallbladder.The treatment of stomach follows the theory of treating the diseases of Gallbladder and Stomach at the same time,which always focuses on benefiting the Middle Earth.The idea of treating the Spleen first,transporting the Spleen is beneficial to the Gallbladder,and caring for the foundation of the foundation of acquired constitution should run through the treatment.
