污泥发酵液强化污水厂尾水人工湿地深度脱氮 被引量:2

Enhanced Denitrification of Constructed Wetland for Treatment of Sewage Treatment Plant Effluent by Sludge Fermentation Liquid

摘要 以污泥发酵液作为外加碳源强化污水厂尾水人工湿地深度脱氮,探究了污泥发酵液投加量和淹水高度对人工湿地除污效能的影响,并测定了湿地的氮素转化速率、功能酶活性和微生物群落结构。结果表明,未添加污泥发酵液的人工湿地(空白组)对总氮的去除率为34%~36%,而投加污泥发酵液后去除率最高可达64%~78%。添加污泥发酵液的试验组对总磷、COD的去除率比空白组显著提高,空白组与试验组的硝态氮浓度无显著性差异,试验组的亚硝态氮累积量显著下降。投加0.25%、0.5%、0.75%污泥发酵液显著提高了反硝化速率、硝化速率以及氨单加氧酶、硝酸盐还原酶、亚硝酸盐还原酶的活性(p<0.05),具有反硝化功能的索氏菌属(Thauera)丰度分别增加了2.6%、3.8%和7.9%。硝态氮和溶解氧显著影响微生物群落结构。 The sludge fermentation liquid was used as additional carbon source of constructed wetland to enhance denitrification of sewage treatment plant effluent.The effects of sludge fermentation liquid dosage and flooding height on the pollutants removal in the constructed wetland were studied.The nitrogen transformation rate,the activities of various functional enzymes and the microbial community structure in the constructed wetland were measured.The results showed that the removal rate of TN in constructed wetland was only 34%-36%without adding sludge fermentation liquid.After adding sludge fermentation liquid,the removal rate of TN could reach 64%-78%.The removal rates of TP and COD in the experimental group with sludge fermentation liquid increased significantly compared with the wetland without sludge fermentation liquid(blank group).There was no significant difference in NO_3^--N concentration between the blank group and the experimental group.The accumulation of NO_2^--N in the sludge fermentation liquid group decreased significantly.The denitrification rate,nitrification rate,ammonia monooxygenase,nitrate reductase and nitrite reductase activities significantly increased by adding sludge fermentation liquid of 0.25%,0.5%and 0.75%(p0.05).After adding 0.25%,0.5%and0.75%sludge fermentation liquid,the relative abundance of Thauera with denitrifying function increased by 2.6%,3.8%and 7.9%respectively.NO_3^--N and DO in constructed wetland significantly affected the microbial community.
