摘要
数字经济时代背景下,人力资源服务业的数字化转型是必经过程。在经典产业发展理论模型的基础上,从价值共创角度结合人力资源服务业的文献成果,并经过政府人力资源部门、人力资源服务行业机构的调研结果与专家的意见的验证,构建了人力资源服务业数字化转型动力模型,将驱动人力资源服务行业数字化转型的众多动力凝练为数字人才创新、行业数字化建设资金、数字信息技术整合、行业数字化发展空间、数字治理机制、数字观念转变六个方面的动力并据此提出改善行业数字人才管理、创新数字化建设资金渠道、加深数字技术应用程度、拓展行业数字化发展空间、探索行业数字化标准、提升行业数字化认知等促进人力资源服务业数字化转型的建议及措施。
In the era of the digital economy,the digital transformation of the human resource service industry is a necessary process.In light of the classical industrial development theory,this paper constructs a model for driving forces for the digital transformation of human resource service industry by referring to the literature on the human resource service industry from the perspective of value co-creation,as well as to the research findings of government human resources department and relative verification by experts.The paper summarizes the six driving forces for digital transformation of the industry:digital talent innovation,digital construction funds,digital information technology integration,digital development space,digital administration mechanism,and digital concept transformation.Based on this,it makes such suggestions as improving digital talent management,making innovations in raising funds for digital construction,deepening the application of digital technology,expanding the development space of industry digitalization,exploring standards of industry digitalization,and improving industry digitalization cognition,aiming to promote the digital transformation of human resource service industry.
