摘要
在全面建成小康社会的关键历史时期,科技进步、劳动者素质提高和创新驱动将成为未来发展的核心动力,这是现代职业教育的使命和担当。在中高职的衔接发展中,思政课一体化发展的有效衔接起到关键性作用,这需要思政课教师顺应大势、认清大局,认知短板、明确目标,在守正与创新中建立关联点,在坚守政治性上、统筹知识体系完整性上、采用多样化教学方法上有机衔接;通过以赛促教、以研促教、以改促学,在创新中推动发展。
In the crucial era of achieving a comprehensive well-off society,scientific and technological progress,improved workforce qualifications,and innovation-driven development have emerged as the core drivers for future progress.These elements form the mission and responsibility of modern vocational education.In the context of the development and connection of secondary vocational education,the effective integration of ideological and political courses plays a pivotal role.To achieve this,ideological and political course instructors must adapt to the overall situation,comprehend the broader picture,identify knowledge gaps,and establish clear objectives.This can be accomplished by establishing connections between adherence and innovation,upholding political attributes,ensuring the integrity of the knowledge system,and employing diverse teaching methods.Additionally,promoting innovation through educational competitions,research-oriented teaching,and continuous improvement can propel the development of integrated ideological and political courses.
