1.1%甲维盐常温注干剂预防松材线虫病侵染试验与林间施药效果研究 被引量:4

Control Effects of 1.1%Emamectin Benzoate at Room Temperature to Prevent Pine Wilt Disease and the Investigation of Application Effects in Forest

摘要 【目的】树干注药是预防松材线虫病的一种有效、安全技术手段,而现有市场上的注干剂仅在松树休眠季节使用,无法突破温度限制的瓶颈问题。【方法】研究通过在常规注干剂中复配增强吸收性能的活性物质,合成1.1%甲维盐常温注干剂,并在不同地区和时间进行注干吸收试验、预防试验和治疗试验。【结果】1.1%甲维盐常温注干剂在2—7月(28~30℃高温)能被完全吸收;该注干剂的理论预防效果达到100%,且在林间的绝对预防效果在99.1%~99.8%,平均绝对预防效果达99.5%,相对预防效果达88.8%~95.7%。【结论】1.1%甲维盐常温注干剂极大程度上缓解注干时间限制问题,为我国松材线虫病防治提供了重要技术支撑。 [Objective]Trunk injection is an effective and safe technical means used to prevent pine wilt disease.At present,the trunk-injection agent in the market can be only used in the dormancy season of pine,severely limiting the application area and operation time of the trunk-injection agent,for being unable to break the temperature limit.[Method]In this study,a 1.1%emamectin benzoate trunk-injection agent was synthesized by adding active substances to the conventional trunk-injection agent,through the trunk-injection absorption tests under high temperature environment and large-scaled forest application.[Result]The research results showed that 1.1%emamectin benzoate could be completely absorbed at different times(28-30℃high temperature),and the theoretical prevention effect of the trunk-injection agent reached 100%by the verification method of the first injection and then was accessible to the pine wood nematode.The absolute prevention effect of the trunk-injection agent was between 99.1%-99.8%,and the average absolute prevention effect was 99.5%,with the relative preventive effect reaching 88.8%-95.7%.[Conclusion]1.1%emamectin benzoate normal temperature trunk-injection agent broke the bottleneck problem of the temperature limit,and the study provided important technical support for the prevention of the pine wood nematode disease in China.
