摘要
在时间频率领域,为表征频率标准连续工作时频率随时间单方向的慢变化程度,使用最小二乘法对测量数据进行拟合,得到漂移率或老化率。根据频率标准和相邻时间间隔的不同,分别对铷原子频标日漂移率和电子测量仪器内石英晶体振荡器日老化率及其标准不确定度进行计算,从而加深对日漂移率和日老化率的思考和理解。
In the field of time and frequency,in order to characterize the degree of slow change in frequency in one direction with time during continuous operation of the frequency standard,the measured data are fitted using the least squares method to obtain the drift rate.According to the difference between the frequency standard and the adjacent time interval,the daily dnift rate of rubidium atomie frequency standard and the daily aging rate of crystal oscillator inside the electrical measurement instrument and its standard uncertainty are calculated respectively,so as to deepen the thinking and understanding of daily drift rate and daily aging rate.
