摘要
针对半柔性路面成本高、消耗大且污染环境等问题,研究将改性乳化沥青利用到半柔性混合料的母体沥青混合料中,对SBR改性乳化沥青和水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青的半柔性混合料进行可行性分析和路用性能试验得出,水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青有良好的水稳定性和高温稳定性,适用于南方温度较高或者多雨的环境道路;SBR改性乳化沥青有较好的低温稳定性,适用于寒冷气候条件下的道路。
Emulsified asphalt is modified and added into the parent asphalt mixture of semi-flexible mixture to solve the problems of high cost,large consumption,and environmental pollution of semi-flexible pavement.Feasibili⁃ty analysis and road performance tests are carried out on the semi-flexible mixture of SBR modified emulsified as⁃phalt and water-based epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt.The results show that aqueous epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt has good water stability and high temperature stability,which is suitable for the southern high temperature or rainy environment road.SBR modified emulsified asphalt has good low temperature stability and is suitable for roads in cold climate.
