摘要
为了探明在人工光植物工厂中适宜紫花苜蓿生产的光强,研究了LED红蓝光光强[150、250、350、450、550μmol/(m^(2)·s)]对两次刈割的紫花苜蓿生长、产量、营养品质和抗氧化能力等特性的影响。结果表明,光强与紫花苜蓿鲜干草产量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),增强光强产量提高。叶绿素a含量受光强作用差异显著。第一次刈割氨基酸含量与光强呈显著正相关(P<0.05),第二次刈割可溶性糖、赖氨酸和半胱氨酸含量与光强呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。不同光强下第二茬紫花苜蓿可溶性糖含量提升了1.28~3.07倍,可溶性蛋白、氨基酸和MDA含量均有不同程度的提高。450μmol/(m^(2)·s)光强下第二次刈割时可溶性糖和半胱氨酸含量显著高于其他处理(P<0.05),550μmol/(m^(2)·s)光强下两次刈割DPPH自由基清除率为32.75%和36.26%,清除能力强。综上,LED红蓝光下高效栽培紫花苜蓿是可行的,在红蓝比4∶1条件下光强450~550μmol/(m^(2)·s)较为适宜。
This study aimed to explore the suitable light intensity for Medicago sativa in a plant factory.The effects of red and blue LED light intensities[150,250,350,450,550μmol/(m^(2)·s)]on the growth,yield,nutritional quality,and antioxidant activity of alfalfa intended for double mowing were examined.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between light intensity and alfalfa fresh hay yield(P<0.01).Light intensity notably affected the content of chlorophyll a.In the first cutting,light intensity exhibited a positive correlation with amino acid content(P<0.05).Meanwhile,in the second cutting,the light intensity showed positive correlations with the contents of soluble sugar,lysine,and cysteine(P<0.01).The soluble sugar content increased 1.28 to 3.07-folds across different light intensities,with varying degrees of increase observed in the contents of soluble protein,amino acid,and MDA.Under light intensity of 450μmol/(m^(2)·s)in the second cutting,the contents of soluble sugar and cysteine were significantly higher than other treatment(P<0.05).DPPH free radical scavenging rates were 32.75%and 36.26%for the first and second mowing,respectively,under a light intensity of 550μmol/(m^(2)·s).In conclusion,it is feasible to plant alfalfa under LED red and blue,particularly with a combination of light intensity ranging from 450 to 550μmol/(m^(2)·s)and a 4∶1 ratio of red to blue light,which merged as the optimal condition.
