摘要
注塑机的工艺参数设定是决定塑料产品质量检测的关键因素,选择合适的注塑参数有利于提高聚丙烯产品力学性能的准确性。本论文通过调整注塑压力,保压压力,注塑体积等工艺参数,并对调整参数后制取的样条进行力学性能测试,总结出对于聚丙烯牌号PPH-T03和高粘度共聚塑料产品T4401的最佳注塑参数。该研究结果可以适用于其它相同性能的聚丙烯塑料制样,从而极大提高产品制样效率,保证分析数据的准确性。
The process parameter setting of injection molding machine is the key factor to determine the quality inspection of plastic products.Selecting the appropriate injection molding parameters is conducive to improving the accuracy of the mechanical properties of polypropylene products.In this paper,by adjusting the injection pressure,holding pressure,injection volume and other process parameters,and adjusting the parameters after the preparation of the spline mechanical properties test,summed up the best injection parameters for polypropylene grade PPH-T03 and high viscosity copolymer plastic product T4401.The results can be applied to other polypropylene plastics with the same properties,so as to greatly improve the efficiency of product sample preparation and ensure the accuracy of analytical data.
