摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定建昌帮姜制炮制前后天麻中主要成分,为研究建昌帮姜制天麻炮制机理与工艺提供依据。方法:以两个建昌帮姜制炮制加工前后的天麻为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱法进行天麻素、对羟基苯甲醇含量的测定,分析测定结果及变化规律。结果:天麻经建昌帮姜制炮制前后天麻素含量分别为0.19%~0.61%、0.42%~0.81%,对羟基苯甲醇含量分别为0.02%%~0.19%、0.02%~0.12%。结论:天麻经建昌帮姜制法炮制后,药用成分天麻素含量升高,对羟基苯甲醇含量降低。通过高效液相气相色谱测定经建昌帮姜制工艺炮制前后天麻、对羟基苯甲醇含量的方法稳定可靠,研究成果可为天麻炮制机理研究、炮制加工工艺优化和制定姜制天麻中成药药品质量标准提供一定的参考依据。
Objective:To determine the main components of Gastrodia elata before and after processing with Jianchang Bangjiang by high-performance liquid chromatography,in order to provide a basis for studying the processing mechanism and technology of Jianchang Bangjiang Gastrodia elata.Method:The content of gastrodin and p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol in gastrodia elata before and after processing of two Jianchang Bangjiang was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography,and the results and changes were analyzed.The results showed that the content of gastrodin in Tianma before and after processing with Jianchang Bangjiang was 0.19%~0.61%,0.42%~0.81%,and the content of p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol was 0.02%~0.19%,0.02%~0.12%,respectively.Conclusion:After being processed by Jianchang Bangjiang method,the content of gastrodin,a medicinal component,increased,while the content of p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol decreased.The method of determining the content of gastrodia elata and p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol before and after processing by Jianchangbang ginger processing technology by high performance liquid gas chromatography is stable and reliable.The research results can provide a certain reference basis for the research of gastrodia elata processing mechanism,the optimization of processing technology and the formulation of the quality standard of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations of ginger gastrodia elata.
