摘要
近年来,我国城市中存在的老旧小区消防安全问题依然较为突出,老旧小区中生活着较大数量的中老年群体,这部分人群行动较为迟缓,对于突发事件的应对能力不足,再加上老旧小区配置的消防设施不够完善,很有可能在发生火灾事故时造成较为严重的后果。因此,对老旧小区的基本特点进行了分析,针对老旧小区消防安全管理的现状做了简要论述,并针对性提出了老旧小区的防火措施,旨在为相关行业从业人员提供经验借鉴和帮助,助力老旧小区消防管理工作有序展开。
In recent years,fire safety problems in the old community in cities have become more prominent.There are a large number of middle-aged and elderly groups living in the old community,and these groups of people are relatively slow to act,and their ability to respond to emergencies is insufficient.Coupled with the lack of perfect fire facilities in the old community,it is likely to cause more serious consequences in the event of a fire accident.Therefore,the basic characteristics of the old community are analyzed,the current situation of fire safety management in the old community is briefly discussed,and the fire prevention measures in the old community are put forward in a targeted manner.It aims to provide reference and experience for practitioners in related industries,and to help the fire management of the old community develop in an orderly manner.
