地铁车站复杂环境下大断面矩形顶管施工技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文主要介绍了在青岛地铁4号线工程劲松四路站B号出入口施工中,由于B号出入口采用矩形顶管法施工,为保证施工质量降低对周边环境影响,项目部对矩形管道顶进施工中的各项工序进行严格把控。通过一系列措施,不但安全顺利的完成了该大断面矩形顶管通道的施工作业,最大限度降低了对周边的影响,而且同时顶进后的通道位置标高及线形等各项参数均满足有关要求。该大断面矩形通道顶进下穿复杂环境施工中所涉及的相关技术也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。 This paper mainly introduces that in the construction of Entrance/Exit B of Jinsong Fourth Road Station of Qingdao Metro Line 4,the rectangular pipe jacking method is used for the construction of Entrance/Exit B.In order to ensure the construction quality and reduce the impact on the surrounding environment,the project department strictly controls the various processes in the rectangular pipe jacking construction.Through a series of measures,not only did the construction of the large cross-section rectangular pipe jacking channel be safely and smoothly completed,minimizing the impact on the surrounding area,but also the elevation and linear parameters of the channel position after jacking met relevant requirements.The relevant technologies involved in the construction of the large cross-section rectangular channel in the complex environment of top entry and bottom penetration also provide reference for similar constructions in the future.
