摘要
该文针对钢绞线与超高性能混凝土(UHPC)之间黏结性能开展研究,设计制作了30个钢绞线-UHPC拉拔试验试件开展试验研究,探究了黏结长度、横向箍筋以及锥形钢套筒等对钢绞线与UHPC间黏结性能的影响,分析了UHPC-钢绞线界面黏结破坏机理.研究结果表明黏结长度对钢绞线和UHPC界面间黏结滑移特征影响较大.黏结长度较短时,钢绞线整体挤压剪切UHPC咬合齿,以剪切滑移为主,钢绞线-UHPC界面黏结力主要由机械咬合力提供,黏结刚度大;当黏结长度较长时,钢绞线类似于螺柱沿着UHPC螺旋齿旋转拔出,以旋转滑移为主,钢绞线与UHPC界面间主要通过摩擦提供黏结力,导致黏结刚度下降.拉拔力随黏结长度的增加而增大,但在黏结长度超过70 mm后拉拔力增长开始变慢.箍筋横向约束对于最大拉拔力与平均黏结应力均有一定的积极影响,锥形钢套筒对钢绞线与UHPC间黏结性能无明显提高作用.
In this paper,the bonding performance between steel strands and UHPC is studied,and 30 steel strand-UHPC pull-out test specimens are designed and made to carry out experimental research.The effects of bonding length,transverse reinforcement,and conical steel sleeve on the bonding performance between steel strand and UHPC are explored,and the bonding failure mechanism of the UHPC-steel strand interface is analyzed.The research results show that bond length has a great influence on bond-slip characteristics between steel strands and the UHPC interface.The bonding length is short,the steel strand extrudes shear UHPC bite teeth as a whole,and the steel strand shears and slips.The bonding force between the steel strand and the UHPC interface is mainly provided by mechanical biting force,which results in high bonding rigidity.When the bonding length is longer,the steel strand is similar to the stud pulling out along the helical teeth of UHPC,the steel strand rotates and slips,and the bonding force between the steel strand and UHPC interface is mainly provided by friction,which leads to the decrease of bonding rigidity.The pull-out force increases with the increase of bond length but increases slowly when the bond length exceeds 70 mm.The transverse restraint of the stirrups has a positive effect on the maximum pull-out force and the average bond stress.The conical steel sleeve has no significant effect on the bond performance between the steel strand and UHPC.
