摘要
目的研究临床药学干预对住院多重耐药菌感染患者抗生素治疗效果的影响。方法选择2021年6月-2023年2月某医院住院且细菌培养结果为多重耐药菌的患者为研究对象,共104例,按随机数表法分为对照组和干预组,各52例。分别给予常规药学管理和在常规药学管理的基础上增加临床药学干预,比较两组患者一般情况、多重耐药菌感染情况、住院期间调查情况及多重耐药菌感染治疗效果。结果与对照组比较,干预组的一般情况、多重耐药菌感染情况差异无统计学意义;联合用药、使用碳青霉烯类药物例数、住院天数及费用、抗菌药物应用天数及费用、不良反应显著低于对照组(P<0.05)、干预组治疗效果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床药学干预可显著改善住院多重耐药菌感染患者的治疗效果,值得临床抗菌药物应用工作中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the impact of clinical pharmaceutical interventions on antibiotic therapy in hospitalized patients with multidrug-resistant bacteria.Methods A total of 104 patients hospitalized between June 2021 and February 2023 were selected as the subjects,whose bacterial culture results pointed to multidrug-resistant bacteria.These patients were divided into the control group and intervention group using the random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.Conventional treatments and clinical pharmaceutical interventions were given respectively.The overall condition,multi-drug resistant bacteria infection,surveys during hospitalization and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the control group and the intervention group in the overall condition and infections with multi-drug resistant bacteria.The combination of drugs,number of cases in which carbapenems were used,days of hospitalization,cost of antibiotics and incidence of ADRs in the intervention group compared favorably with the control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmaceutical interventions can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of hospitalized patients with multidrug-resistant bacteria,which should be made more accessible.
