摘要
为探究不同水生植物组合对污染水体氮磷净化效果的影响,选择具有观赏效果的水生植物狐尾藻、石菖蒲和大薸,构建4种不同的水生植物组合。以惠州市河桥水为研究对象,在不同污染梯度下模拟各植物组合对水体中氨氮(NH4+-N)、硝态氮(NO3--N)和总磷(TP)的去除效果。研究结果表明:低污染处理组(S型)和高污染处理组(T型)均以混合种植2种水生植物的方式获得了最佳的氮磷去除率;在中等污染处理组(M型)中,狐尾草、大薸和石菖蒲3种植物混合种植的组合(M4组)对NH4+-N、NO3--N和TP的去除率最佳,分别达到41.9%、67.7%和64.8%,是氮磷去除综合效果最好的植物组合。采用由浮水植物、沉水植物和挺水植物构成的种植模式,实现不同水生植物之间的优势互补作用,对于城市污水的净化具有良好的效果,可以为城市创建立体生物修复体系净化水源提供有益的参考。
In order to investigate the effects of different combinations of aquatic plants on nitrogen and phosphorus purification in pol‐luted water,selected three ornamental aquatic plants,namely Myriophyllum verticillatum,Acorus tatarinowii,and Pistia stratiotes.Four different combinations of aquatic plants were constructed,and water samples from Heqiao river in Huizhou city were used to sim‐ulate the removal of ammonium nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N),nitrate nitrogen(NO_(3)^(-)-N),and total phosphorus(TP)under different pollution gradients.The results showed that the best nitrogen and phosphorus removal rates were achieved by the mixed planting of two aquatic plants in both the low pollution treatment group(S)and the high pollution treatment group(T).In the moderate pollution treatment group(M),the combination of Myriophyllum verticillatum,Pistia stratiotes,and Acorus tatarinowii(M4)exhibited the highest re‐moval rates for NH_(4)^(+)-N,NO_(3)^(-)-N,and TP,reaching 41.9%,67.7%,and 64.8%,respectively.This combination also demonstrated the best overall nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect.The planting mode composed of floating,submerged,and emergent aquatic plants facilitated the complementary interaction among different aquatic plants.This planting mode exhibited effective purification of urban wastewater and provides valuable insights for the development of three-dimensional bioremediation systems for water purification in urban areas.
