摘要
随着国家能源建设相关政策的落地,各沿海省份都在积极推进海上光伏产业健康有序的发展,而海洋环境下的高腐蚀性问题,尤其是光伏组件桁架及桩基材料的腐蚀是制约其大规模发展和应用的关键。本研究对海上光伏系统的相关类型进行分类,并分析其在海洋环境下的腐蚀机理,提出涂层体系+电化学腐蚀防护的系统性解决方案。
With the landing of national energy construction related policies,coastal provinces are actively promoting the health and orderly development of the offshore photovoltaic industry.The corrosion problem in the marine environment is a key issue that restricts its large-scale application,especially the corrosion of photovoltaic module trusses and pile foundation materials.This article categorized the relevant types of offshore photovoltaic systems and analyzed their corrosion mechanisms in marine environments,put forward the system solution of a coating system+electrochemical corrosion protection.
