液压打桩锤监控系统设计及其试验研究

Design of monitoring system for hydraulic pile hammer and its test

摘要 针对液压打桩锤监测系统不完善、控制系统执行效率不理想等问题,从分析液压打桩锤关键性能指标及其相互作用关系入手,建立了面向液压打桩锤的数据采集、传输系统和基于模糊控制的模块化控制系统。搭建了液压打桩锤控制系统物理试验平台,在液压打桩锤的复杂工况的条件下进行了试验。试验结果表明,液压打桩锤在不同工作速度下的打击能量误差值都小于5%,在70次/min的高频开关电流冲击下,控制系统也能够对各受控执行器发出指令,证明了该监控系统具有较高的实时响应能力及鲁棒性。 Aiming at the problems of imperfect monitoring system and unsatisfactory execution efficiency of the control system for the hydraulic pile hammer,a data acquisition and transmission system for the hydraulic pile hammer and a modular control system based on fuzzy control were established by analyzing key performance indicators and their interrelationship of the hydraulic pile hammer.Then,a physical test platform of the hydraulic pile hammer control system was built,and the test was carried out under the complex working conditions of the hydraulic pile hammer.The results showed that the error value of the hitting energy of the hydraulic pile hammer at different working speeds was less than 5%.Under the impact of high-frequency switching current of 70 times/min,the control system could also issue instructions to each controlled actuator,which proved that the monitoring system had high real-time response ability and robustness.
