摘要
目的分析多模态磁共振成像联合诊断前列腺癌(PC)的效能。方法选取2019年2月至2020年11月本院收治的60例疑似PC患者作为研究对象,均行磁共振波谱(MRS)、扩散加权成像(DWI)检查,并经穿刺活检病理明确诊断。分析多模态磁共振成像联合诊断前列腺癌的效能。结果穿刺活检病理结果显示,60例患者中PC 48例(80.00%),非PC 12例(20.00%);MRS与DWI联合检查PC的灵敏度、准确度均高于MRS、DWI单独检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PC患者(肌酸+胆碱)/枸橼酸[(Cre+Cho)/Cit]值高于非PC患者,表观弥散系数(ADC)值低于非PC患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);绘制ROC曲线,(Cre+Cho)/Cit值、ADC值及联合检查诊断PC的AUC>0.7,具有较高诊断价值。结论多模态磁共振成像联合对PC具有较高的诊断价值,尤其可根据MRS的(Cre+Cho)/Cit值、DWI的ADC值对PC进行定性诊断。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of multimodal magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis of prostate cancer(PC).Methods 60 cases of suspected PC patients admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to November 2020 were prospectively selected as the research subjects,All of them were examined by magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS)and diffusion weighted imaging(DWI),and the diagnosis was confirmed by needle biopsy pathology.Analyze the efficacy of combined multimodal magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosing prostate cancer.Results The pathological results of biopsy showed that there were 48 cases(80.00%)of PC and 12 cases(20.00%)of non-PC in 60 patients.The sensitivity and accuracy of combined MRS and DWI in PC were higher than those of MRS and DWI alone,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The(creatine+choline)/citrate[(Cre+Cho)/Cit]value of PC patients was higher than that of non-PC patients,and the apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)value was lower than that of non-PC patients(P<0.05).Draw ROC curve,(Cre+Cho)/Cit value,ADC value and joint inspection diagnosis PC AUC>0.7,with high diagnostic value.Conclusion Multimodal magnetic resonance imaging has high diagnostic value for PC,especially according to the(Cre+Cho)/Cit value of MRS and the ADC value of DWI.
