摘要
目的比较尿液分析仪与显微镜检测在尿液潜血检验中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月于本院行尿液潜血检验的100例受检者作为研究对象,均进行尿液分析仪与显微镜检测,比较两种检测方法检验结果及诊断效能。结果尿液分析仪与显微镜检测阳性检出率比较差异无统计学意义。以尿液分析仪检验结果为参考标准,显微镜检验的灵敏度为91.7%、特异度为94.2%、误诊率为5.8%、漏诊率为8.3%;以显微镜检验结果为参考标准,尿液分析仪检验的灵敏度为86.8%、特异度为74.5%、误诊率为25.5%、漏诊率为13.2%;尿液分析仪与显微镜检测灵敏度度及漏诊率比较差异无统计学意义,但尿液分析仪检验的特异度明显低于显微镜检测,误诊率明显高于显微镜检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿液分析仪与显微镜检测在尿液潜血检验中均具有较高的应用价值,二者各有优缺点,临床可依据实际情况联合应用。
Objective To compare the application effects of urine analyzer and microscope detection in urine occult blood test.Methods A total of 100 subjects who underwent urine occult blood tests in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,urine analyzers and microscopy detection were performed to compare the test results and diagnostic efficacy of the two methods.Results There was no significant difference in the positive detection rate between urine analyzer and microscope detection.Taking the results of urine analyzer as the reference standard,the sensitivity,specificity,misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of microscopic detection were 91.7%,94.2%,5.8%and 8.3%,respectively;taking the results of microscopic detection as the reference standard,the sensitivity,specificity,misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of urine analyzer were 86.8%,74.5%,25.5%and 13.2%,respectively,there was no significant difference in sensitivity and missed diagnosis rate between urine analyzer and microscope detection,but the specificity of urine analyzer was significantly lower than that of microscope detection,and the misdiagnosis rate was significantly higher than that of microscope detection(P<0.05).Conclusion Urine analyzer and microscope detection have high application value in urine occult blood test,both have their own advantages and disadvantages,clinical application can be combined according to the actual situation.
