摘要
以陕西西卓煤矿1509胶带运输巷在掘进期间过陷落柱为工程背景,在利用FLAC 3D数值模拟分析对巷道掘进围岩稳定性影响的基础上,提出采用缩短锚杆锚索支护间排距、架设U型钢棚支护和加长锚杆锚索等方法对围岩进行控制。现场实测表明,顶板变形量和两帮移近量均在预警指标允许范围内,巷道围岩稳定性得到了显著提高,取得了预期效果,可为巷道遇陷落柱时的围岩控制提供参考。
Based on the engineering background of the 1509 belt conveyor roadway in Xizhuo Coal Mine,Shaanxi Province,passing through subsidence columns during excavation,and through FLAC 3D numerical simulation analysis of the impact on the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway excavation,it is proposed to use methods such as shortening the spacing between anchor rod and cable support,erecting U-shaped shed support,and extending anchor rod and cable to control the surrounding rock.The on-site measurement proves that the deformation of the roof and the displacement of both sides are within the allowable range of the warning indicators,and the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadways has been significantly improved,achieving the expected effect.This can serve as a reference for the control of the surrounding rock when the roadways encounter subsidence columns.
