摘要
公立医院如何构建科学、合理的人才管理体系,对于医院的可持续发展具有重要意义。笔者通过对目前公立医院人才管理体系现状的分析,结合自身医院实际,从制定科学的人才管理战略规划、健全人才管理体制、建立柔性的绩效考核激励机制等方面分享了医院人才管理体系建设实践。同时,从加强制度建设、完善激励机制、实施精细化管理等方面提出了一些思考。
How to build a scientific and reasonable talent management system in public hospitals is of great significance for the sustainable development of hospitals.Through the analysis of the current situation of the talent management system in public hospitals,combined with the actual situation of the hospital,we shared the practice of the construction of the hospital's talent management system from the aspects of formulating a scientific talent management strategic plan,improving the talent management system,and establishing a flexible performance appraisal and incentive mechanism.At the same time,some considerations were put forward from aspects such as institutional construction,incentive mechanisms,and refined management.
