摘要
试验采用顺序排列实验设计方法,研究不同温度下圣诞红扦插苗根系的生长状况,以分析温度对于圣诞红扦插苗根系的影响,旨在提高圣诞红扦插生根率,为圣诞红扦插温度提供科学依据。试验以圣诞红‘Sonora red’品种为材料,设置三个不同温度的处理,处理1为对照,即自然条件;处理2为昼10℃,夜3℃;处理3为昼25℃,夜18℃。试验结果表明:在温度较低时,总根长生长受阻,总根表面积增长困难,总根体积生长受阻,平均根系直径难以长粗,但温度对于圣诞红扦插苗根尖数的影响不大。
The experiment adopts a sequential arrangement experimental design method to study the growth status of the root system of Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd.ex Klotzsch cuttings under different temperatures,in order to analyze the effect of temperature on the root system of Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd.ex Klotzsch cuttings,aiming to improve the rooting rate of Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd.ex Klotzsch cuttings and provide scientific basis for the temperature of Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd.ex Klotzsch cuttings.The experiment used the Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd.ex Klotzsch variety'Sonora red'as the material and set three different temperature treatments.Treatment 1 was used as the control,that is,natural conditions;Treatment 2:10℃during the day and 3℃at night;Treatment 3 is at 25℃during the day and 18℃at night.The experimental results show that at low temperatures,the growth of total root length is hindered,the growth of total root surface area is difficult,the growth of total root volume is hindered,and the average root diameter is difficult to grow thick.However,the temperature has little effect on the number of root tips of Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd.ex Klotzsch cuttings.
