摘要
基于Aspen Plus对乙醇-环己烷-乙酸乙酯三元共沸体系进行了模拟分离,提出了五塔变压精馏分离工艺流程,对精馏塔的进料位置进行了优化并确定了最佳的工艺参数,同时对多个精馏塔进行了热耦合。最终结果表明乙醇、环己烷、乙酸乙酯的纯度均能达到99.90%,热耦合后节约蒸汽43.97%,节约冷却水45.53%。
Based on Aspen Plus,the simulated separation of ethanol-cyclohexane-ethyl acetate ternary azeotrope system was carried out.A five-column pressure-swing distillation separation process was proposed.The feed position of the distillation column was optimized and the optimal process parameters were determined.At the same time,the thermal coupling of multiple distillation columns was carried out.The final results show that the purity of ethanol,cyclohexane and ethyl acetate can reach 99.90%.After thermal coupling,43.97%of steam and 45.53%of cooling water are saved.
