摘要
本研究取环氧树脂反应中产生的水,采用AOP+RO+MVR组合工艺进行中试研究。在RO膜浓缩10倍后,再经MVR蒸发浓缩6倍,废水中有效成分得到充分回收,得到甘油含量为42.10%,一氯丙二醇含量为47.80%,RO膜浓缩产水经AOP+RO处理,在废水进水流量为250 L/h,臭氧投加量为70 g/h,催化剂投加量为500 L,反应时间2.0 h,RO膜浓缩5倍的条件下,得到COD<50 mg/L,满足循环用水标准。
In this study,AOP+RO+MVR combined process was used to study the water produced in the epoxy resin reaction.After 10 times of RO membrane concentration and 6 times of MVR evaporation concentration.The active ingredients in the wastewater are fully recovered,and the glycerol content is 42.10%and monochloropropanediol content is 47.80%.The water produced by RO membrane concentration is treated by AOP+RO.Under the condition of the inflow flow rate of wastewater is 250 L/h,the ozone dosage is 70 g/h,and the catalyst input is 500 L,reaction time is 2.0 h and RO membrane concentration is 5 times,COD<50 mg/L can be obtained,which meets the standard of recycled water.
