摘要
随着高校研究生群体数量的增加,研究生学术不端行为呈现高发趋势,学术道德培养成为研究生教育的一大挑战。文章针对我国研究生学术道德现状,分析影响研究生学术道德的因素,并从制度建设、研究生培养方案、研究生导师作用以及研究生个体素质等方面提出建设良好的研究生学术道德的途径。
With the growth of the postgraduate groups in universities,the academic misconduct of postgraduates is showing a high trend.The cultivation of academic ethics has become a major challenge for graduate education.Aiming at the current situation of academic ethics of graduate students in China,the factors affecting academic ethics of graduate students are analyzed in this paper.It also proposes the ways to build better academic ethics of postgraduates from the aspects of university system construction,postgraduate training programs,the role of postgraduate supervisors and the quality of individual postgraduates.
