基于文献计量的黄精研究现状分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Domestic Research Status of Polygonatum Cyrtonema Based on Literature Measurement

摘要 目的:黄精为我国传统中药材,具有多种生理功效,悠久的民族药用史充分证明了其药用价值,现为药食同源植物,具有较高的功能性食品开发潜力。然而,其更广泛的生理功效和作用机理尚有较大的研究余地;功能性食品研究仍处于起步阶段。因此,采用文献计量学方法对黄精的研究现状进行分析,为后续黄精研究开发提供新思路及理论依据。方法:以CNKI数据库及WOS核心合集为文献源,采用文献计量学方法,对黄精中、英文文献不同年代发文量等方面进行分析。结果:共检索2002~2022年关于黄精研究的中英文文献2279篇,专利2640项。国内发文量及专利数量均断层式高于国外,二者数量于20年间呈指数型结构增长;黄精研究热点及主题均为黄精多糖。结论:黄精“药”方面的研究已转入深层次的药理作用及分子构效关系研究;“食”方面的研究则转入专业、深层次的产品开发。后续发展可能是以黄精多糖多样化的活性功能为基础,以国民需求为导向,以专业知识和高新技术为手段的系统性黄精基础研究及黄精功能性饮料研究为主的功能性食品开发研究。 Objective:It is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine with kinds of Has multiple physiological effects,its long history of ethnic medicinal use fully proves its medicinal value,it is also a medicinal and food plant with high potential for functional food development.However,there is still much spaces for research on the broader physiological efficacy and mechanism.Therefore,a bibliometric approach was used to analyze the current status of the research on Polygonatum Cyrtonema to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the subsequent research and development of it.Methods:The CNKI and WOS database was used as the literature source,and the literature metrology method was used to retrieve and analyze the Polygonatum Cyrtonema literature from the aspects of age and so on.Results:A total of 2279 chinese and English literature and 2640 patents were searched from 2002 to 2022 on the research of Polygonatum Cyrtonema.The number of domestic publications and patents is higher than that of foreign countries,and the number of both has increased exponentially in the past 20 years.The hotspots and themes of the research on Polygonatum Cyrtonema are Polygonatum Cyrtonema polysaccharide.Conclusion:the research on the“medicine”of Polygonatum Cyrtonema has been shifted to the deeper research on the pharmacological effects and molecular constitutive relationship,and the research on“food”has shifted to professional and in-depth product development.The subsequent developments may be systematic basic research on Polygonatum Cyrtonema and functional food development research based on functional beverage research on Polygonatum Cyrtonema.,and it is supported by the diversified active functions of Polygonatum Cyrtonema polysaccharide,national demand,professional knowledge and high technology to complete.
