摘要
思茅松是典型的外生菌根真菌依赖型树种,为研究土著菌根菌的作用和功能,为菌根技术在思茅松苗木培育中的应用奠定基础,用采自云南6个地点的思茅松菌根土作为接种体,开展了思茅松苗期人工接种试验,接种8个月后,观察不同处理苗木的菌根侵染情况及形态,测定苗木的生长量、生物量及针叶的叶绿素含量。结果显示:用不同来源的菌根土接种思茅松幼苗,苗木的根系均形成了典型的外生菌根结构,不同处理的侵染率为18.60%~47.11%;菌根土接种显著提高了苗高和地径的生长、地下和地上部分生物量的积累,其中取自镇沅县勐大镇勐统村的思茅松菌根土,总体效果最显著,与对照相比上述生长指标分别提高了118.04%、92.09%、350.00%和358.73%,针叶叶绿素b、叶绿素a和总叶绿素的含量分别提高12.91%、40.96%和30.24%。研究结果为思茅松外生菌根真菌的分离筛选和在育苗中的应用积累了基础数据和信息。
Simao pine(Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis)is a typical ectomycorrhizal-dependent species.In order to reveal the function of native ectomycorrhizal(ECM)fungal communities harbored by the Simao pine forests,rhizosphere soil of Simao pine trees from six sites in Yunnan were collected as the inocula,and greenhouse experiments were conducted on Simao pine seedlings.Eight months after inoculation,the ectomycorrhizas formed in all of the six inoculation treatments,and the mycorrhizal colonization of different treatments varied markedly from 18.60%to 47.11%.The ectomycorrhizas had prominent promotion effects on the growth and biomass accumulation of Simao pine seedlings.Among which,the seedling set treated with native soil inoculum from Simao pine stand in Mengda of Zhenyuan county was the highest in height,root collar diameter,underground biomass and aboveground biomass,which were 118.04%,92.09%,350.00%and 358.73%respectively higher than the control;and the leaf chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll were 12.91%,40.96%and 30.24%higher than the control.This study provides experimental evidence of the degree of compatibility between the native ECM fungi in the natural soil and Simao pine seedlings,and these data will be used in future studies aimed to isolate and screen out appropriate ECM fungi for nursery inoculations of P.kesiya var.langbianensis.
