心脏磁共振心肌灌注成像定量评估微循环障碍的研究进展 被引量:4

Research Progress in Quantitative Evaluation of Microvascular Dysfunction by Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Perfusion Imaging

摘要 微循环障碍是预测主要不良心血管事件的有力因素,近年来心脏磁共振心肌灌注成像评估微循环障碍发展迅速,已经实现了从定性到定量的跨越。随着人工智能应用于定量心肌灌注,该技术的发展前景非常可观,将在微循环障碍的诊断与指导治疗中发挥更大作用。本文对心脏磁共振心肌灌注成像定量评估微循环障碍的研究进展进行综述。 Microcirculation dysfunction is a powerful factor in predicting major adverse cardiovascular events.In recent years,cardiac magnetic resonance myocardial perfusion imaging has developed rapidly in the evaluation of microcirculation dysfunction,which has achieved a leap from qualitative to quantitative.With the application of artificial intelligence in quantitative myocardial perfusion,the prospect of this technology is very promising,and it will play a greater role in the diagnosis and guidance of microvascular dysfunction in the future.This article reviews the latest developments in quantitative evaluation of microcirculation dysfunction by cardiac magnetic resonance perfusion imaging.
