摘要
案例教学是资产评估专业课程主要的教学模式,学生积极主动地参与案例分析是教学目标能否实现的保障。因此,文章以资产评估实务与案例分析课程为例,引入课堂竞赛式案例教学模式,以期激发学生参与案例分析的主动性,从而达到专业人才培养的目标。从实践效果看,课堂竞赛式案例教学模式能够激发学生的主观能动性,显著提升学生综合分析资产评估实务问题的能力,为资产评估与管理专业开展案例教学提供参考。
Case teaching is the main teaching mode of the courses of asset evaluation,and students'active participation in case analysis is the guarantee for the realization of teaching objectives.Therefore,taking the course of"Asset Appraisal Practice and Case Analysis"as an example,the article introduces the case teaching mode of classroom competition in order to stimulate students'initiative to participate in case analysis,so as to achieve the goal of professional talent training.From the perspective of practical effect,the case teaching mode of classroom competition can stimulate students'subjective initiative,significantly improve students'ability to comprehensively analyze practical problems of asset evaluation,and provide reference for the case teaching of asset evaluation and management specialty.
