摘要
本试验旨在研究硒引发对12个紫花苜蓿(Madicago sativa)品种种子活力的影响,利用浓度为0.5mmol·L^(-1)的亚硒酸钠溶液对其引发处理0、3、6、9及12h。结果表明,12个品种的紫花苜蓿种子活力对硒引发的响应存在不同程度的差异,引发时间及其与品种的交互作用对紫花苜蓿种子发芽率有极显著(P<0.01)的影响,不同引发时间、品种及二者的交互作用对其平均发芽时间、幼苗活力指数和发芽指数均具有极显著(P<0.01)影响。通过聚类分析将12个品种分为三类,第一类品种WL343HQ、WL363HQ、WL168HQ、WL366HQ、WL712、WL319HQ、WL903、WL440HQ对硒中度敏感;第二类品种WL298HQ、WL354HQ、偏关苜蓿对硒不敏感;第三类品种WL656HQ对硒敏感。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of selenium priming on the seed vigor of 12 alfalfa varieties which were treated with 0.5mmol·L^(-1) sodium selenite solution for 0、3、6、9 and 12h.The results showed that the responses of seed vigor of 12 alfalfa varieties to selenium priming were a different degree of difference,the priming time and interaction with varieties had extremely significant effects on the germination percentage of alfalfa(P<0.01).The mean germination time,seedling vigor index and germination index had extremely significant effects with different priming time,varieties and interaction between them(P<0.01).The 12 varieties were divided into three categories by cluster analysis,WL343HQ,WL363HQ,WL168HQ,WL366HQ,WL712,WL319HQ,WL903 and WL440HQ in the first category was moderately sensitive to selenium;WL298HQ,WL354HQ and Pianguan in the second category was not sensitive to selenium;WL656HQ in the third category was sensitive to selenium.
