摘要
为研发适宜湖北地区的油茶高接换冠技术,为油茶低产林改造提供技术支撑,以约40 a生实生油茶大树为砧木,采用四因素三水平九处理正交试验设计和撕皮接法,研究不同嫁接时间、不同嫁接部位、不同遮荫情况及不同嫁接品种对高接成活率的影响。结果表明:影响高接成活率因素的主次顺序为:嫁接时间>嫁接部位>遮荫情况>嫁接品种,嫁接因素最优水平分别为:6月下旬,在油茶树主干下部采用方块芽接法,对嫁接部位打灯笼罩,树体不遮荫,采用长林4号高接成活率可达到85.83%以上。
In order to provide technical support for transformation of Camellia oleifera low-yield forest for research and development of top grafting and changing crown technique in Hubei province.The study methods were four factors three levels nine treatment orthogonal test design and inlaying grafting.We explored the effects of different grafting times,grafting positions,shading situations,scion varieties on the survival rate of 40-year-old C.oleifera seed-trees.The results showed that primary and secondary factors of affecting the high survival rate were:grafting time>grafting position>shading>grafting varieties.The combination was the optimal levels of grafting factors which of the grafting time was in late June,the grafting position was in the bottom of the trunk of C.oleifera,the shading was the grafting part of the lantern cover and the tree body does not shade,the grafting varieties was Changlin 4th.The survival rate could reach more than 85.83%.
