摘要
目的探讨理气通便中药辅助治疗大肠癌(CRC)术后早期炎症性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2020年5月本院收治的66例CRC术后早期炎症性肠梗阻患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规组与研究组,每组33例。常规组采用西医常规方法治疗,研究组在常规组治疗基础上联合理气通便中药治疗,比较两组体征恢复时间、临床疗效、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组肠鸣音、排气、排便恢复时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为93.94%,高于常规组的72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组无效患者均经松解术治疗后恢复,状况好转后出院;两组显效和有效患者均经第2疗程治疗状况好转后住院治愈、出院。治疗前,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论理气通便中药辅助治疗CRC术后早期炎症性肠梗阻效果显著,可促进患者恢复,减轻炎症反应,且无严重不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Liqitongbian Traditional Chinese Medicine on early inflammatory ileus after colorectal carcinoma(CRC)operation.Methods A total of 66 patients with early inflammatory ileus after CRC operation admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into routine group and study group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Liqi Tongbian Traditional Chinese Medicine on the basis of the routine group.The recovery time of signs,clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds,exhaust and defecation in the study group were shorter than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study groups was 93.94%,which was higher than 72.73%in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All patients in the two groups recovered after release surgery,and were discharged after their condition improved;after the second course of treatment,the condition of the patients of the two groups was improved,and then the patients were cured in hospital and discharged.Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The effect of Liqitongbian Traditional Chinese Medicine on early inflammatory ileus after CRC operation is significant,it can promote the recovery of patients and reduce the inflammatory response without serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
