摘要
目的:分析循证护理在瘢痕子宫药物引产过程中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月我院收治的102例行药物引产的瘢痕子宫者作为观察对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以循证护理,比较两组干预后用药知识、用药依从性、引产效果(引产成功率、宫缩发动时间、胎儿娩出时间)。结果:观察组用药知识、用药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组引产成功率高于对照组,宫缩发动时间、胎儿娩出时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理在瘢痕子宫药物引产过程中的引产效果良好,还可提高用药知识、用药依从性,值得临床应用。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the process of drug induced labor in scar uterus.Methods:A total of 102 patients with scar uterus who underwent drug-induced labor in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 51 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing.The medication knowledge,medication compliance and induction effect(induction success rate,uterine contraction time,fetal delivery time)were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results:The medication knowledge and medication compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of induction of labor in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the time of uterine contraction and fetal delivery were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of evidencebased nursing in the induction of labor in the process of scar uterus drug induction is good,and it can also improve the medication knowledge and medication compliance,which is worthy of clinical application.
