摘要
目的探讨医护一体化模式在新生儿科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法将2018年4月—2022年4月于当阳市人民医院新生儿科见习的80名护生中,根据不同带教方法分成两组。对照组护生予以常规教学模式,观察组予以医护一体化模式进行教学,比较两组护生实习结束后的考核成绩、综合能力考核评分及对教学方法满意度。结果观察组培训后理论、模拟考核(新生儿出生情况判断、护理操作、应急处理、护理记录)成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项综合能力考核评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对教师教学效果评估中,观察组教学态度、责任心、知识宽度、双向交流各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化模式在新生儿科临床护理教学中的应用,能有效提高护生理论知识水平和掌握熟练操作技能,是提高综合素质水平的有效方案,护生学习满意度高,整体效果显著。
Objective To explore the application effect of the medical-nursing integration model in the clinical nursing teaching of neonatology.Methods A total of 80 nursing students were selected from the probationary department of newborn pediatrics in Dangyang People's Hospital from April 2018 to April 2022 were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods.Among them,the control group of nursing students was given routine teaching mode,while the observation group was given integrated medical and nursing teaching mode.The assessment scores,comprehensive ability assessment scores,and satisfaction with teaching methods of the two groups of students after the internship were compared.Results The scores of theory and simulation assessment(judgment of neonatal birth status,nursing operation,emergency treatment,nursing records)in the observation group after training were higher than the corresponding values in the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability assessment scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores were higher than the corresponding values of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the medical-nursing integration model in the clinical nursing teaching of neonatology can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge level and mastery of skilled operation skills of nursing students,and it is an effective plan to improve the comprehensive quality level.
