摘要
纤维增强树脂基复合材料(Fiber reinforced polymer,FRP)层合板的冲击损伤面积是衡量损伤严重程度的主要表征参数。本文依据冲击损伤演化特征将冲击损伤演化过程划分为4个阶段。基于弹簧⁃质量模型对FRP层合板产生初始分层的损伤门槛值进行计算,而后以一组对照试验确定层合板损伤面积随冲击能量的变化速率,最终建立了冲击损伤面积的经验估算模型。选取3种不同材料的冲击试验数据进行了统计验证,对比分析结果表明预测模型具有良好的预测精度,且计算简单。
The impact damage area of fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)laminates is the main characterization parameter to measure the severity of damage.In this paper,the impact damage process is divided into four stages according to the damage evolution characteristics.The energy threshold of initial delamination damage of FRP laminates is calculated based on the spring-mass model.Then,a set of control experiments are used to determine the change rate of damage area with impact energy.Finally,an empirical estimation model of impact damage area is established.The impact test data of three different materials are selected and statistically verified in turn.The comparative analysis shows that the prediction model has good prediction accuracy and is simple in calculation.
